The official spokesman for the unified government application of electronic services “Sahel”, Youssef Kazem, announced that the Public Authority for Manpower has added the labour complaints inquire service to the application.

Kazem told a local Arabic daily, Thursday, that the new service provides the opportunity for any individual registered as a worker in the private sector, “citizen or resident” and who has filed a complaint against the company where he/she works, to inquire about the status of the complaint via the application.

He praised PAM for the efforts the authority has exerted in saving time and effort of the beneficiaries of its services through “Sahel”.

It is noteworthy that “Sahel” is a unified government application which was launched in mid-September, and aims to enhance the efficiency and speed of completion of government transactions and operations, and enables its users to carry out their transactions electronically.
