The Public Authority for Civil Information launched a new service for the issuance of “To Whom It May Concern” certificates through the unified government application of electronic services “Sahel”, an Arab daily reported.
The authority said in a press statement that the service currently available through the app will have a significant time-saving impact in facilitating the procedures of the auditors, in addition to presenting it to the relevant authorities to complete their transactions.
Furthermore, attendance was previously required to request for the certificates, and there were approximately 100,000 certificates issued annually.
