Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) has launched the Kuwait Mobile ID app that allows citizens and expats in Kuwait a digital representation of their Civil ID. Simply download and update your details in app, and you no longer have to carry your civil ID.
The digital Civil ID has the following purposes:
– Portable mobile based Civil ID for identity verification
– Authentication for Government and non-government eServices such as renewing drivers license.
– Provides a trusted Digital Signature of electronic documents and transactions
