The Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) has extended working hours for visitors to take their civil id cards in the main building of South Surra until 8 pm. This step aims to reduce overcrowding in the building by Kuwaiti citizens and expats coming to take their civil id cards. The new work timings are now from 6 am to 8 pm (14 hrs).
