In order to enhance road safety and address traffic violations, security sources have confirmed that the General Traffic Department has issued stringent instructions to traffic patrols, resulting in the deportation of approximately 100 residents within just two months. The focus of this crackdown is on serious traffic offenses, including driving without a valid license, reckless speeding, and endangering road safety by carrying passengers illegally, reported Al-Rai Daily.

Directed by Major General Youssef Al-Khadda, the General Traffic Department has intensified patrols across the country, with particular attention to areas with a high concentration of expatriate workers. Firm checks on driving licenses and vehicle conditions are being carried out to ensure compliance.

The government’s unwavering commitment to road safety is evident in these actions, as they aim to curb traffic violations and reduce accidents.
