Visit visa validity for parents and siblings of expatriates have been reduced to just one-month, while wives and children will continue to be granted three-month visit visas, says a new circular from the Ministry of Interior (MoI)
The new rule, which comes into immediate effect, is aimed at allowing relatives to spend more time with their family, while also causing a positive impact on the local market.
The MoI circular added that business visas will continue to be issued with one month validity as in the past
