MP Mohalhal Al-Mudhaf has submitted a proposal not to grant and/or renew licenses of private universities until after determining a fixed percentage of profits to be allocated for scientific research.
Al-Rai has learned this is in addition to signing a pledge not to raise the price of what he called ‘academic units’ for students in all private universities.
