The Ministry of Interior has assured Kuwaitis and expats that given the exceptional circumstances, there will be no fines for renewal of an expired driver’s license or expiry of vehicle ownership registration book. This is due to the Kuwait cabinet having declared a two-week holiday for all government entities till 26 March.
