Christmas & New Year celebrations were held on Thursday, December 22 at NBTC Corporate Office Auditorium. NBTC Band Desert Thunder set the festivity mood with Christmas hymns.
Managing Director, Mr. K.G Abraham inaugurated the Christmas Program by addressing the gathering with the universal message of Love, Peace and Harmony.
His Grace Dr. Abraham Mar Seraphim (Metropolitan – Diocese of Bangalore and Asst. Metropolitan of Thumpamon Diocese) delivered the Christmas message in the presence of Dr. Vinod Gaikwad (First Secretary Press, Information, Culture, Consular, Education & Head of Chancery), Rev. Michael Mbono (Chaplin St. Pauls Church), Rev. K. C. Chacko (Vicar of Ahmadi Immanuel Mar Thoma Parish, Kuwait) and other dignitaries from various walks of life.
A spectacular skit portraying “Nativity of Jesus Christ” speckled with carol songs was presented by NBTC Desert Thunder Junior Team. The special guest “Santa Claus” accompanied by traditional carol singing group joined the celebrations with Christmas gifts, with the NBTC Family cheering and dancing along. Santa entertained the kids and gave away lots of gifts. The Band “Party Planners” performed a mix of Evergreen songs.
