National Assembly Speaker Marzouq Al-Ghanim opened a complementary session Wednesday to continue discussion of tabled items. The assembly commenced the session with considering the no-confidence motion submitted against Minister of Public Works and State Minister for Youth Affairs Ali Al-Mousa, by 10 MPs. The session will then examine amending residential care law, and the government work plan for the years (2021/2022-2024/2025).
Further on the session agenda are discussions of committee reports regarding decrees and bills including adoption of public departments’ final accounts, and foreign affairs committee reports on agreements, Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and other documents, as well as requests of forming temporary committees.
