The Director-General of the Municipality, Ahmed Al-Manfouhi, issued a circular regarding the return of workers to work by 100 percent, starting from Sunday, August 1, Al Qabas reported.
In a circular, Al-Manfouhi called on all workers in the municipality, sectors, and administrative units to adhere to the official working hours, from half-past seven in the morning till two-thirty in the afternoon. Cases of exemption from work are limited to employees (with disabilities – pregnant employees, those who suffer from chronic heart diseases, kidney failure, and cancer diseases) and these diseases are verified by a medical certificate approved by the Medical Council.
