Municipal teams in the Ahmadi Governorate, in cooperation with the Ministry of Interior, conducted campaigns on the governorate’s fodder market.

Head of the Waste Removal Department in the Ahmadi Municipality, Mashari Al-Mutairi, said that the waste removal teams launched campaigns on random slaughterhouses and feed markets in the Wafra area as a result of multiple complaints, reports a local Arabic daily.

He added that the campaigns are continuing under the directives of the Director-General of Kuwait Municipality, Eng. Ahmed Al-Manfouhi, to put an end to violations and infringements, especially those related to state property or makeshift markets.

For its part, the Jahra Municipality continued its work in removing abandoned cars, based on the campaign intensified by the municipality’s authorities in the residential, investment, commercial and industrial areas.

During the campaign the Municipality lifted 14 abandoned cars and transporting them to the “Municipality” reservation garage in the Al-Naeem area, as well as placing 23 stickers on other parked cars in Al-Naeem and Al-Naseem and Al-Jahra Industrial.
