The Director General of Kuwait Municipality, Eng. Ahmad Al-Manfouhi, gives nod to the expansion of the tent market with an additional area of 50,000 square meters in Jahra Governorate, particularly the Al-Mutlaa and Jal Al-Taraf areas. The market will reach a total area of 100 square meters following the extension, according to an Arab daily.
Before the issuance of building permits, a comprehensive traffic study was sanctioned to be submitted in order to elaborate on the method of linking entrances and exits to the site, as well as the expansion of the existing entrance and exit on the highway.
