During its session Monday, the Municipal Council has approved a draft amendment to the regulation of car sheds, and the municipality made a set of amendments to a number of items, most notably the third item related to not setting up car sheds “across the street” and canceling the obligatory licensing of awnings within the private housing.
The regulation specifies that the height of the canopy should not exceed 4 meters, and that the length and width of the canopy should be kept open according to the area of the house in investment and commercial areas.
The regulation added in its last article that one year is granted to amend the status of non-licensed persons from publishing the decision in the Official Gazette.
