The Ministry of Public Works (MPW) is in the process of implementing a system of key performance measurement indicators (KPI) for the year 2021/2022, Al Anbaa reported quoting informed sources.
The sources told the daily that this system will aim to enable the Ministry to monitor the sectors monthly, departments, and divisions regarding the work entrusted to it, and to set future goals linked to the strategic objectives of the Ministry to improve the work performed.
The sources also stated that the Undersecretary, Eng. Ismail Al-Failakawi presented a proposal about this system and submitted it to Minister Dr. Rana Al-Faris, who in turn adopted it to be implemented in the MPW because these indicators are considered one of the most important pillars in management and planning.
