The Ministry of Public Works has obtained the approval of the State Audit Bureau to contract with a company to provide consulting services and prepare economic, technical and financial feasibility studies for the railway link project between Kuwait and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Reliable sources said the contract value is 10.5 million dollars (equivalent to approximately 3.2 million dinars), and Kuwait’s share is 50 percent of this amount (5.2 million dollars, equivalent to approximately 1.6 million dinars), reports Al-Anba daily.
