MP Safaa al-Hashem affirmed that curfews are not an option, but rather a necessity, adding, “I have full confidence in the health authority’s decision for a complete ban sooner rather than later.”
Al-Hashem said that Kuwaitis returning from abroad have to a responsibility towards everyone inside Kuwait to prevent the spreading of the infection rapidly as it has happened in Italy.
