First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Interior and Acting Minister of Defense, Sheikh Talal Al-Khaled, has issued his directives to release all disciplinary detainees, on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr, and to be satisfied with the time spent by each of them.

This generous moral gesture comes from the belief of the First Deputy Premier in the participation of the military personnel and their families during this honorable occasion, reports Al-Jarida daily.

On this occasion, the First Deputy congratulated the army personnel, wishing the Almighty God to perpetuate the blessing of security, safety, pride and elevation for everyone under the leadership of His Highness the Amir, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad, and His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishaal Al-Ahmad.

In turn, the Ministry of the Interior announced today the release of all members of the police force who were arrested in disciplinary detention, starting from the end of the last working day in the blessed month of Ramadan for this year, on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr.

The Ministry of Interior said, in a press statement by the General Department of Security Relations and Media, that the Undersecretary of the Ministry, Lieutenant General Anwar Al-Barjas, issued a decision to release the disciplinary detainees based on the instructions and directives of the First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Interior and Acting Minister of Defense, Sheikh Talal Al-Khaled, on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr.
