In line with the instructions set by Ministry of Health to reduce overcrowding and maintain social distancing, the Ministry of Interior announced the introduction of a facility on its online site for setting up appointments for some sectors and departments of the Ministry of Interior to provide services to Kuwaitis and expats.
Persons will choose the department on the website (www.moi.gov.kw) they wish to visit, and mention the date and time for the appointment. Then, they will receive a barcode as proof of their appointment.
This system is an additional feature similar to the many online services launched on the MoI’s website facilitate and simplify the procedures for citizens and expats.
The MOI clarified that the service will be announced before its launch for the visitors, with the mentioned departments for doing the procedures for visitors within the gradual plan of return to normalcy.
