The security and traffic campaigns carried out by the Interior Ministry’s Operations Sector against unruly youngsters during the rainfall Monday evening which continued until dawn Tuesday, resulted in the registration of 1,205 various traffic violations, in addition to arresting 11 ‘reckless’ motorists who are in police custody.
This is in addition to sending 7 juveniles to the competent authority. The Operations Sector also seized 51 vehicles and 11 motorbikes.
