The Ministry of Interior (MoI) added a new option to allow people to move around during the ban, which is “receiving a traveler” permit, to enable a family member of the returnees from abroad to Kuwait to go to the airport, reported Al Rai daily.
To obtain the permit, the person has to enter the civil number of the person to be received, in order to verify his presence among those registered in the platform of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The Ministry indicated that if more than one person will have to be picked up at the airport, only enter the civil ID number of one of the individuals.
This new permit is also part of the adherence to the Ministry of Health instructions, which also includes such obligations like to wear masks and gloves, to sit in the back seat of the car, and to sterilize the car after arriving home, and to prepare the requirements for home quarantine.
