Director of the Contracts Department at the Ministry of Health, Maryam Al-Shehab, announced the designation of a hotline via WhatsApp to receive complaints and inquiries from the department’s auditors, an Arab daily reported.
Al-Shehab stated that the goal of assigning the number is to identify problems and obstacles undergone by the management’s auditors, in order to develop appropriate solutions for them, as well as receive and respond to their inquiries.
The official added that the Special Contracts Department is working towards receiving medical and supportive medical cadres for expats to complete the procedures for their appointment in the ministry. Al-Shehab reported that the number of auditors for the department is about 120 daily, between those monitoring appointments and monitoring job conditions.
She emphasized that the department is working towards overcoming all obstacles in the department’s auditors, praising the efforts and dedication of all employees in the department to complete the largest number of transactions. The designated Whatsapp number is +965- 99717515
