Employees of the (MoH) Ministry of Health are allowed to travel to Kuwait on direct or transit flights, provided they have a valid residency or a valid entry visa, announced Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) in a circular. The circular also mentions that passengers who are first-degree relatives including husbands, wives, children or family can also travel as long as they are relatives of the employees of MOH.

The return travel is also allowed for passengers from the 34 countries on a ban list from where people were prohibited from entering Kuwait directly, according to health requirements.

The travelers are obligated to use the Kuwait Mobile ID as proof of residency at the airports In addition, all passengers will have to follow health regulations and guidelines laid out by MoH in this regard for all groups mentioned above.
