The Ministry of Health (MoH) started yesterday, Sunday, vaccinating children between the age group 12 to 15 years old against Coronavirus, Al Qabas reported.
The official said that the health teams expect a gradual increase in vaccination rates in general during the coming days, for the category of children, as well as for those who registered months ago and did not receive messages for the appointment of the first dose of vaccination, explaining that the appointments are determined according to the number of available vaccines.
He pointed out the importance of vaccinating children about two months before the start of the new school year. This is to ensure a safe return to school.
