The Ministry of Education has set selling prices in school canteens for foods that are allowed to be sold to students, which were selected in coordination with the Ministry of Health and the Public Authority for Food and Nutrition.
The Assistant Undersecretary for Educational Development and Activities, Faisal Al-Maqsed, indicated the food items are sold for between 20 and 100 fils, with the exception of the biscuits and nuts, which will be available at the same price as sold in the cooperative societies, stressing the need for schools to abide by what has been stated in the bulletin.
