A concert of the Iraqi artiste, Hussam Al-Rassam, which was to be held at a hotel in Kuwait had to be called off following disturbances outside the hotel as the crowd began pushing and shoving each other just a few minutes before the concert could begin.
The Ministry of Information had no option but to suspect the event after requests to the organizers to control the situation did not yield any results.
