The Ministry of Social Affairs and Community Development decided to dissolve three charitable institutions based on ministerial decisions, according to an Arab daily. The decision came after officials reviewed the memorandum of the Department of Associations and Charities regarding the voluntary dissolution of these foundations upon their request.
The Official Gazette, Kuwait Al-Youm, will publish the decision in its issue tomorrow, Sunday, with the demand that the charity funds be transferred to the Ministry of Social Affairs and allow the authority to determine where the funds should be allocated.
