The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has called on Kuwaitis to abide by the decision issued by the Cabinet on November 27, 2021 regarding the procedures and controls related to the emergence of a new mutant of the “Corona” virus and the previous decisions of the Council of Ministers which come within the framework of the state’s keenness on the safety of its citizens.
The Ministry, according to Al-Jarida daily, has also called on Kuwaiti citizens to avoid travel unless necessary for their own safety and to avoid the rapid and changing measures taken by countries to confront the repercussions of the emergence of the new mutant of the Corona virus “Omicron.”
The Ministry told citizens to fully comply with the generally accepted health requirements and the measures taken by countries to confront the spread of the Corona virus and its variants in case they are compelled to travel at the present time.
The ministry said citizens must communicate with the diplomatic missions of the State of Kuwait to answer their inquiries and help them when needed when they are abroad.
