Minister of Social Affairs and Community Development Mai Al-Baghli issued a ministerial decision amending the cooperative work regulations.
The new amendment obliges the cooperative societies to obtain the approval of the Ministry of Social Affairs in advance before canceling the investors’ contracts in the cooperative societies or increasing the investment value, or canceling and terminating the investment contracts, provided that the application submitted is supported by documents, reports Al-Qabas daily.
