The Minister of State for National Assembly Affairs, Minister of State for Housing and Urban Development Affairs, Ammar Al-Ajmi, emphasized the importance of adhering to the timeline set for the Al-Mutlaa Residential City project. This is in preparation for providing essential services to citizens, with many nearing completion of their plot’s final finishing works, reported Al Rai newspaper.

During his inspection of various public building sites in Al-Mutlaa City on Tuesday, Al-Ajmi stressed the necessity of maintaining high-quality infrastructure and completion of public buildings to prevent any future issues. He also emphasized the significance of coordination and follow-up with relevant government agencies to ensure the on-time delivery of electricity to public buildings, enabling citizens to benefit from them.

Moreover, the minister was briefed on the progress of infrastructure works, tunnels, main and secondary roads during his tour of the area, and also inspected one of the pumping stations on a primary road in the city. Additionally, the official was informed of a group of public buildings, including a specialized health center, one filtration tank, and electrical stations completed in the residential suburbs where citizens began the process of building their housing plots.
