Minister of Municipal Affairs Abdulaziz Al-Mojil, during his approval of the minutes of Municipal Council is said to have objected to some decisions, including approving the request of the Public Authority for Agricultural Affairs and Fisheries Resources to change the activity of a plot in the Al-Shagaya area of 50 thousand square meters from poultry farming to a poultry slaughterhouse.

Al-Mojil rejected one of the items in the decision to start implementing the project within a maximum of 3 years from the date of issuance of the municipal council’s decision citing difficulties beyond the control of the investor, such as not handing over the land to the administration because there are obstacles to it, so it was more appropriate to start implementing the project from the date of the handover of the land to the investor, reports Al-Qabas daily.

Al-Mojil also objected to the Council’s decision to approve the request of the Public Authority for Roads and Land Transporyt to allocate a site temporarily in the Al-Qadisiyah area, Plot 3, with an area of 500 square meters, rejecting the decision to approve what was stated in the complaint regarding the neighbors’ objection to the transfer a power transformer in the Mangaf area.
