Minister of Justice Counselor Jamal Al-Jalawi inaugurated the “Al-Ahli Notary” service, within the framework of activating the provisions of Law No. 10 of 2020 and its executive regulations regarding authentication.

The Ministry of Justice said in a press statement that the service will contribute to strengthening the partnership between the public and private sectors, encourage international investment, and open up job opportunities for citizens, as well as improve the business environment and develop services provided to visitors of all categories.

The sources added the new service allows citizens who wish to contribute in the field of documentation in accordance with the standards and requirements established by law, which will greatly contribute to the speedy completion and documentation of transactions, even on holidays, and outside the official working hours of government departments in order to achieve administrative development that is commensurate with Kuwait’s future vision.

The sources pointed out that the new service will also contribute to making the State of Kuwait an attractive environment for local and foreign investments.
