Minister of Information and Culture and Minister of State for Youth Affairs Abdul Rahman Al-Mutairi has issued a ministerial decision to stop appointment, transfer and assignment in the sectors of the ministry that operate under the shift system for a period of one year, with the exception of those with rare specialties.
The decision calls on the administrative and financial affairs sector, in coordination with other sectors of the ministry, to work to identify all work centers that operate under the shift system in the ministry in accordance with the terms of reference stipulated in the organizational structure and prepare a comprehensive study on the existing situation and submit a detailed report to the Undersecretary of the Ministry.
The decision stressed on the necessity of estimating the needs of the technical and administrative specializations for each sector and sending them at the beginning of each fiscal year to the Administrative and Financial Affairs Sector to address the Civil Service Bureau with the required specializations.
