Minister of Social Affairs and Community Development and Minister of State for Women and Childhood Affairs Mai Al-Baghli discussed with the Chinese Ambassador to Kuwait, HE Zhang Jianwei, issues of common concern related to the role played by the ministries of Social Affairs in Kuwait and China.
During her meeting with Ambassador Jianwei, Minister Al-Baghli praised the depth of the relationship between the two friendly countries, reports a local Arabic daily.
During the meeting, the Chinese ambassador affirmed his country’s keenness to continue cooperation between the two friendly countries in all fields, especially cultural, social, political and economic, calling on Minister Al-Baghli to visit China to enhance cooperation and achieve common goals between the two sides.
He also expressed his country’s gratitude and appreciation to Kuwait for its interest in improving the lives of Chinese workers and providing them with suitable job opportunities.
