The Ministry of Electricity and Water has collected about 260 million dinars for electricity and water services provided to beneficiaries since the beginning of the fiscal year until yesterday — within 7 months.
The sources told a local Arabic daily, that the collection from government agencies witnessed a remarkable movement in recent months, as its share amounted to about 110 million dinars since the beginning of the fiscal year, with expectations that the amount will double in the coming months, which is also prompted by the adoption of the budgets of these agencies recently.
In addition, the sources said that the total number of citizens who have been appointed to the ministry since the beginning of this year has exceeded two thousand male and female employees
