The Kuwait Meteorological Department expects the country to be affected by rainy weather starting on Monday morning and continuing until Tuesday evening.
The Met weather forecast observer, Abdulaziz Al-Qarawi, said the country will be affected by the progression of an air depression that will be associated with a cold air front from the southwest of the country, as low and medium clouds multiply interspersed with thunderstorms accompanied by light to medium rain, sometimes heavy in some areas, reports a local Arabic daily.
Al-Qarawi added that the wind speed will reach more than 50 kilometers per hour, with a decrease in horizontal visibility, and the situation will continue until Tuesday evening, then the rain will begin to recede and the weather will gradually improve with an opportunity for fog formation in some areas.
