The Meteorological Department of Kuwait has warned that southerly winds will be active blowing at a speed exceeding 60 km/h, causing dust to rise.
The administration said that the horizontal visibility is expected to decrease to less than 1,000 meters in some areas, especially the open areas, reports Al-Jarida daily.
