The Board of Kuwait Capital Markets Commissioners approved the listing of Ali Al-Ghanim & Sons Company on the Kuwait Stock Exchange in the Premier Market.
The Authority approved the prospectus for the secondary offering of the company’s shares in accordance with the controls contained in Law 7 of 2010 and the Executive Regulations, with the need for the company to abide by the conditions regulating the process, reports a local Arabic daily.
