Luxembourg’s Foreign Minister Jean Asselborn Wednesday expressed his “heartfelt condolences” to the people of Kuwait for the passing of the late Amir, His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. Sheikh Sabah was a “tireless advocate for peace, dialogue and humanitarian action,” Asselborn noted on his official twitter page.
