Director of the Kuwait Field Hospital, Dr. Muhammad Al-Humaidan has announced the closure of Hall 8 which coincides with the continued improvement of the epidemiological situation in the country and decline in infections.
He explained only one ward operates in Hall 4, in addition to one intensive care unit.
For his part, the intensive care specialist at Kuwait Field Hospital, Dr. Ahmed Al-Saleh, said the intensive care unit in the hospital has not received any new cases for more than two weeks.
It is worth noting that during the height of the pandemic last June, halls 4 and 8 at the Kuwait Field Hospital operated to its full capacity.
