The Central Agency for Public Tenders has awarded the tender for maintenance work for the combined-cycle gas units “Phase One” at the southern Al-Zour station for generating electric power and water distillation, to the lowest bid of 137.749 million dinars.
The Southern Al-Zour is located in the Al-Zour region in the south of the country. It was established in 1988, and its production of electric energy is estimated at 5870 megawatt-hours, and of water at 148 million imperial gallons per day.
