The operations room of the Jahra Security Directorate received a report stating that there was a mine in the Al-Mutlaa area on Abdali Road. One of the security patrols went to the site of the report. Explosives engineering men were called to deal with the mine and managed to detonate it. A case was registered with the Jahra police station.

The Operations Room of the Jahra Security Directorate was alerted about the presence of a landmine in the Al-Mutlaa area off Abdali Road.

Upon receiving the report, a security patrol was dispatched to the location. Expert explosives engineering personnel were immediately summoned to handle the situation, and they successfully detonated the mine.

Subsequently, a case has been registered with the Jahra police station to document the incident. The landmine is believed to be a remnant of ordnance planted by the fleeing Iraqi occupation forces in 1991.
