Kuwait’s northern regions, especially Al-Abdali and Al- Sulaibiya farms, will be free of the locust’s swarms by the end of today, said Kuwaiti Public Authority for Agriculture Affairs and Fish Resources spokesman, Talal Al-Daihani, Thursday.

In a statement to KUNA, the spokesman affirmed that the country is witnessing an active northerly wind that has contributed to the spread of desert locust swarms in the interior and southern regions.
