The Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior called on all citizens and residents to be cautious due to heavy rains and low visibility nationwide.
The issue of the warnings is expected to last until 24 hours.
In a press statement, the ministry urged everyone to call (112) in case of emergencies, reassuring that all security bodies are on high alert for immediate response to any emergency.
