A team has been formed to Kuwaitize jobs in cooperative societies, and during a recent meeting, it was agreed to determine the monthly salary scale for supervisory job holders who will join the cooperative body in the near future. Al Jarida newspaper’s sources revealed that the salary of the general manager was set at 2,000 dinars, while each of the deputies for commercial, administrative, and financial affairs will receive 1,500 dinars. In addition, department heads are to be paid 1,000 dinars.
The team has also set the salaries of citizens who will be employed in cooperative departments at 500 dinars, in addition to the employment support they will receive from the Public Authority for Manpower. The goal is to make working within the associations an attractive prospect. The team’s key task is to develop an organizational structure and staff for the associations.
