Representative Hamad Al-Obeid proposed to Kuwaitize all administrative affairs departments in joint-stock companies and government companies, including employees and managers within 3 years, reported a local daily. He said that the proposal is in support of Kuwaiti youth and to create job opportunities for them, as well as encourage them to engage in the private sector and reduce the burdens on the ministerial sector.
