An unidentified Kuwaiti woman walked into a police station with her three children and handed them over to the police in the Hawalli Governorate saying ‘I am not responsible for them’ and in midst of confusion walked away leaving the children behind.
Al-Rai quoting sources said the shocked police officers, later in the evening however, managed to locate the children’s ‘missing’ Arab father and handed over the children to him. The man is said to have signed a pledge to take good care of the children — whose ages are not known. No more details of the incident are available.
