The Directorate-General of Public Relations and Security Media Department of the Interior Ministry said a Kuwaiti man who stabbed two security men – one in the shoulder and the other in the hand — while attempting to control him, has been handed over to the concerned authority.
According to Al-Rai, this happened when the securitymen were sent to the house of the suspect after receiving a report that the man, who was abnormal, was assaulting his parents.
