Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah received Algerian Ambassador.

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah received on Tuesday outgoing Algeria’s Ambassador to Kuwait Abdulhamid Abdawi. During the meeting, Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled hailed the efforts of Abdawi to boost the Kuwait – Algeria ties on all levels, while he worked in the country.

The meeting was attended by Acting Assistant Foreign Minister for the Office of Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ambassador Saleh Al-Loughani and a number of officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled also received on Tuesday credentials of newly appointed Ambassador of the Permanent Delegation of the European Union in Kuwait Cristian Tudor. Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled wished the new diplomat best of luck and success in carrying out his duty in Kuwait, as well as further progress and prosperity for the Kuwaiti-EU relationship.

Deputy Foreign Minister Khaled Al-Jarallah, Assistant Foreign Minister for Protocols’ Affairs Ambassador Dhari Al-Ajran and Acting Assistant Foreign Minister for the Office of Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ambassador Saleh Al-Loughani attended the meeting.
