A Kuwaiti citizen has been arrested and put behind bars for cheating compatriots after promising to buy luxury cars for them from abroad for much less the original price.
The man was seized by CID men after more than one person had filed complaints with the police accusing the man of failing to keep his promise. One of the complainants said he waited for a long time to receive his car after paying the money and had no option but to complain to the authorities.
